Bell Oldow Welcomes Rachael Caulfield as Environmental Analyst

Bell Oldow is delighted to announce that Rachael Caulfield has joined our team as an Environmental Analyst.

In this new role, Rachael will assess relevant data related to real estate collateral including client provided reports and purchased environmental data, and complete original research to identify environmental risk. After Quality Assurance, Quality Control and senior review, she delivers her environmental due diligence Reviews to Bell Oldow clients.

“Rachael’s ability to analyze data, provide insight, and compile reports has provided Bell Oldow and our clients a valuable tool in making real estate lending decisions,” stated Michael Bell, President and co-founder of Bell Oldow. He continues, “Rachael joins the team at a time when our business is growing. Her strength in providing quality reports quickly has positively impacted our ability to support our clients.”

Before joining Bell Oldow, Rachael was a research assistant at Bridgewater State University.

Rachael shared how her personal and business life crossover, “I enjoy hiking and getting out into nature and I feel that this job gives me the opportunity to help protect nature to some degree.”

Rachael earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geosciences from Bridgewater State University.
