Bell Oldow is delighted to announce the promotion of Andrew Stead to Executive Vice President.
“In his new role as EVP, Andy will be responsible for expanding the Insurance Risk Control Division by continuing to offer insightful and valuable reviews of insurance submissions to help our clients understand and manage their environmental risks,” said Michael Bell, President of Bell Oldow.
As Senior Vice President, Andy lead day-to-day operations including work distributions, senior review and insurance risk control. Andy developed relationships and satisfied customers needs with detailed, timely and cost-effective services. Since joining Bell Oldow in 2017, Andy grew the insurance risk control division by 400% and continues to provide exceptional customer experience and support.
Andy has over 30 years of experience in serving banks, equity funds, and insurance companies. He spent 12 years working at consulting firms where he managed due diligence, regulatory permitting, insurance evaluations and remedial projects. He was also an Environmental Risk Control Engineer supporting the underwriting of commercial and industrial real estate at a major environmental insurance carrier. During this time, he became a Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional.
Andy earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
